Complete IRS Form 12277 to Withdraw an IRS Lien!

by | Aug 12, 2022

If the IRS has filed a Notice of Federal Tax Lien (NFTL) against you, at this point you probably realize the power of the lien. It can impact your ability to sell assets, get access to credit, and impact your reputation, since it is public information. In prior articles, I’ve written on the topic but I’ve never specifically address IRS Form 12277, the form to request withdrawal of the NFTL.

In this You Tube video, https://youtu.be/ha7uTOryQMI, I walk you through completing a Form 12277 step by step and believe you will find it useful if you need to have a Federal Tax Lien withdrawn. While you complete it yourself, if you need professional help completing the form or if you don’t feel comfortable dealing directly with the IRS, don’t hesitate to set up 15 minutes on my calendar at https://meetme.so/bobjablonsky or calling me at (972) 821-1991.
